I finished my Dublin Bay Socks! And Lizz’s hat! That’s all for now! 🙂

Super Duper Craft Update

Sooooo, I haven’t been on here for awhile, but I sure have been busy! First, let’s starts with what I’ve finished. First, Corey’s alpaca socks are finished! I finished them about two weekends ago, but haven’t had pictures. But now I do. 🙂 Other finished objects include my first Cookie a pattern! I say first,…

Mom's B-day Presents Plus More

Sooo, I’m finally revealing what I made my mom for her birthday. It was a doily and two tissue sweaters. These came along with a lovely Snoopy card and some Teavana tea. 🙂 Today, I also worked on Corey’s socks. Made it just past the heel and am working on gusset decreases. No pics though….

What's been going on here?

I made two more things for my mom’s birthday which you cannot yet see. Sorry 😦 Also, made some progress on Corey’s socks. Cast on the second one and am about halfway down the leg. This picture was taken before I worked on the leg. Oooh, and I also made an iPod cozy. It was…

Photo-less Update

No pictures for today’s update. Super 😦 I know. I finished my mom’s birthday present, but I don’t have any pictures yet. I’m hoping to get them up Thursday night. It’s awesome! If you want to see an in progress picture, you can find me on Ravelry under fancysimages. I had been hoping to cast…

Another WIP Update

I managed to finish the first of Corey’s socks and it is so unbelievably soft. Just gotta cast on the second one and keep working at it. I simply couldn’t wait any longer and I cast on for the Corkscrew Scarf by Teva Durham. I’m using Tahki Yarns Uma and I will almost certainly not…

WIP Update!

So, first of all, I got the last book in my set of birthday books, and it was this one: It’s got 70 phenomenal patterns and I cannot wait to make some of them! I’ve been working hard today and it is definitely showing! I got a lot done on my Inishturk as you can…

Travel Info

I will be leaving here on March 10 in the late evening and will arrive at the Stuttgart airport around10:30 the next morning. I am still waiting on information on how to get from there to Tuebingen. Hopefully I’ll know soon, so that I know how things will go for me. 🙂

Razor Cami Update

I finished the Razor Cami for my sister tonight! I’ve been working on this thing for 10 months now! CRAZY. The first one I did took me like 5 days. Oops. But it’s all done! I’ll be sending it to her along with these socks (see below) on Friday.

YAAAAY!

I shouldn’t be writing this soon after the last post, but I just had to share! My birthday is at the beginning of March, but since I’m going abroad, I asked my parents if I could get my present early, since all I wanted was books and I didn’t want to have to tag them…

A new start

Well hello everyone! I’ve had blogs in the past, but they’ve all failed, so maybe this one will stick! 🙂 I will attempt to post at least every other day, but I’m not making any promises. I will be using this blog for two things: documenting my time abroad in Tuebingen, Germany, and documenting all the…
